What to include

• The tool you were using and the page URL.
• Your browser and operating system, for example Chrome on Windows 11.
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
• The exact error message, if one appeared.

Please do not attach sensitive or private files. A screenshot of the error is usually enough. If a conversion fails, mention the file type and approximate size rather than sending the file itself.

Bug reports and corrections

Reports about incorrect calculations, broken downloads, or confusing instructions are especially helpful. If a result looks wrong, include the values you entered so the calculation can be checked.

Feature requests

Suggestions for new tools are welcome. Describe the task you need to finish and the format you start with. Not every request can be built, but common problems shape what comes next.

Response times

Messages are read as time allows. There is no guaranteed response time, and the project cannot provide support for third-party devices, software, or accounts.
